I cant deal with this anymore. I'm so tired. School is making me lose it. I constantly have the thoughts that I must work harder and harder. There is so much homework and so many test/quizzes. I have to ace them. Unfortunately, at this moment I'm seriously starting to doubt I will even get straight B's on these tests. I'm dying. I feel like I cant even sleep right now. There isnt any time. I have a HUGE test for APES, and smaller quizzes for history (my worst subject) and algebra II/ trig. My eyes are stinging, and I already have my alarm set for 4 if I fall asleep. I feel like all this info is flying straight over my head. Sometimes people say it is good to rest, but I dont have time!! I'm freaking out and my mind is not where it should be. I really dont like staying up past 12, but thats just whats going to have to happen tonight. I seriously feel like I have no life. One more day. One more day. It's just school. Spring break is practically here. I just need to get past these next 14 hours. I can do this. Breathe. No matter what, everything will be ok. Just breathe. Let the tears wash away the stress, and then start over again. Whatever happens, it's not the end of the world. Relax. You've got this Melissa.

Believe
So many people have asked me why I write the word Believe. I write it on my hand, others' hands, my textbook covers, my dry-erase board, and even the steamed mirror in the bathroom. I write it, because it's a special word to me. It has so many meanings. The word inspires me, and gives me strength everyday. The word can be extra sentimental to me, especially on my hardest days. When I'm down, I always remind myself to Believe.
Believe.
Believe everything will be ok.
Believe in God.
Believe that it's ok to be scared.
Believe that its ok to face your fears.
Believe that you have the strength.
Believe in your dreams.
Believe you can do anything you set your mind to.
Believe in love at first sight.
Believe you can let go.
Believe you can run that extra mile.
Believe the pain you feel today will make you stronger tomorrow.
Believe you can prove them wrong.
Believe you can do this.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in taking chances.
Believe everybody makes mistakes.
Believe you will move on.
Believe that the tears streaming down your face indicate your strength, not weakness.
Believe that not everyone is a liar.
Believe in magic.
Believe that you deserve better.
Believe you wont be alone forever.
Believe it's ok to cry.
Believe that you must take care of yourself.
Believe in kissing.
Believe you have the power.
Believe you dont need certain people or things to be happy.
Believe in believing.
Believe it's ok to have 2 cookies once in a while.
Believe that your best friend might not be the one you've known the longest, but the one that's never
left your side.
Believe in happily ever afters.
Believe it's ok to be yourself.
Believe that hot chocolate, cinnamon bears, and a big hug is the best remedy to anything.
Believe that you cant always be the strong one.
Believe that everything happens for a reason.
Believe that the time will come.
Believe it's ok to be sad sometimes.
Believe in singing at the top of your lungs for the whole world to hear.
Believe you can be whoever you want to be.
Believe they're always here for you.
Believe.

Nightmares
I really hate waking up after just having a nightmare. I'm so shaken up. IT was one of those where after you awaken, you lay in bed, try to remind yourself it was not real, and try to move on. But, I cant. It's one of those nightmares that plays over and over inside your head. One that I'll probably remember for a while. All the faces circle in the back of my eyes, and the words are a constant echo in my head. I feel like these dreams always come back to haunt me. Whenever I start to get happy, they bring me down again. It was one of those nightmares where it wasnt necessarily scary, but more the people and words that made it what it is. I feel like this is repetitive. It's a never ending nightmare.

Little Things
I'm going to catch up on some things that have been happening around my house lately. Well, not really my house, but more in my family!
First of all, we went to an underground coal mine. I learned some really awesome things. For example, I learned that this is the biggest coal mine in California, possibly even the United States. The mine goes all the way down to a mile below earth's surface. That's crazy!
This is the entrance of the mine. It was very steep, and I could not imagine going down there.
The miners would go on these non-seat belt trains. You just had to hold on for your life as you went flying down in to "the hole of doom." At least, that's what I call it. My mom made Liam and I sit up there, and I swear it took me forever to get off it. It was so steep that I felt like I could roll on off. It was interesting and slightly creepy.
Liam and I enjoying the view.
I got a letter from one of my best friends. I never get mail, so I felt so happy when he sent me something!
An afternoon nap under the trees.
I had an awesome bubble bath at my Nana and Opa's house. They have an awesome bath tub. :)
My mom won tickets to see a Carrie Underwood concert! I was what I call smiles for miles. I was so happy, and I had the best night in a really long time.
Hunter Hayes played first. I only knew one of his songs, but they were all pretty good.
Carrie rocking her third or fourth outfit! {I counted for you Carrie Hults. There were 6 outfit changes!}
Suspense...
Bam! Carrie Underwood is flying! The stage lifted and it flew right over the crowd. I swear she was so close to where I sat!!
My favorite song, Blown Away, ended the concert. It was an awesome night. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of before the concert, because my mom took me to The Cheesecake Factory. It was the first time, and I kept going crazy. That night was definitely a happy night.
So yes, those were some of the recent events. Other awesome things have happened, but I have not had time to upload the pictures. Or they simply dont have any pictures. Well, have a good week! I love you guys!
XOXO
